Library sued over Internet Access in Florida

Today I saw this article on the ticker at the bottom of my page and had to read it. We don't often think of libraries being sued. Libraries have to have policies about internet access. But do time limits impact a person's freedom of speech? I think 2 1/2 hours per day is more than user friendly and does not impact her freedom of speech. The question is how many computers are accessable to their patrons and are they adequate for the number of people in their community that use the public library. But it definitely is an article that makes you think about policies and how they will affect your users.
